Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Luscent Aura Fragrance. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window: Returns can be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging; at least 90% full; and accompanied by proof of purchase.
⚠️ Returns based on scent preference are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, custom or personalized products.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Report within 48 hours of delivery at Support@luscentaurafragrance.ca with photos.

How to Return:
(1) Email us for approval → (2) Follow return instructions → (3) Ship the item back.
⚠️ Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Paid by customer. Optional prepaid label available (fee applies).

Refunds: Issued after inspection and approval. Processed within 2–10 business days to original payment method only.

Exchanges: No direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
